Local Pharmacy Groups are an essential part of the LPC's strategy to ensure effective 2-way communication with pharmacists and their teams. They are important on many levels, but with Practice Based Commissioning (PBC) developing new patient care pathways, pharmacy needs to be more integrated in primary care.
The main aim of the group is to optimise professional and financial opportunities for community pharmacy practices for the benefit of patients, by providing a forum for all aspects of pharmacy in our area to meet together and support each other.
Please remember to inform your locums and bring your technicians, pre-reg students and MCAs along. Everyone has a role to play and support to give.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any suggestions for topics that you would like to see covered at the meetings or any comments at all. Any queries please contact office@hampshirelpc.org.uk.
